1. About these Terms

DigiVault is operated by a registered business entity. By accessing or using DigiVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What you are buying

When you top up your balance, you are buying prepaid credits that can be redeemed for access to tools available on the platform. Credits are not currency, cryptocurrency, securities, investment products, or stored-value accounts. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. DigiVault does not collect, see, or store your card or banking details at any time — these are handled entirely by Stripe under their own terms and security standards. Credit prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing balances are not affected by future price changes, and your credits retain their value regardless of when they are used.

4. Credits and Refunds

Credits are prepaid service credits that may be redeemed solely for services available on the platform. All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by applicable law, are non-refundable whether used, partially used, or unused. By purchasing credits and requesting immediate access to digital services, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of those services and acknowledge that any applicable cancellation rights may be lost once performance of the digital services has commenced. We reserve the right to correct errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, and issue refunds where required by law.

5. Credit validity

Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, unused credits expire and can no longer be redeemed.

6. Using your credits

Credits are deducted from your balance when you activate or run a tool. Once a tool has been activated, the credits used are consumed and cannot be returned, as the digital service has been delivered. Activation grants you a licence to use the output as described in the relevant tool’s listing.

7. Account and email requirements

You must use the same email address for purchases and for your account. If you purchase credits with one email and create your account with a different email, your credits will not automatically appear in your account. If this happens, email us at Contact@digi-vault.co and we will help reconcile your balance.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DigiVault for unlawful purposes, to resell or redistribute credits, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or to abuse the platform or its tools. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party tool downtime, or platform changes outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data. We share only the information necessary with third-party tool providers when you activate a specific tool.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continued use of DigiVault after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
